TRC, the training partners down south, have met with Rescuetech1, and have opened the new training company, Trainingtech1. Blackwater
continues to be involved with Trainingtech1, and wishes them the best of luck in the future.
Fairfield County Special Operations
hosted a heavy rigging/lifting class in Lakeview Quarry. Columbus, Dublin, and FCSO divers all worked together to move the Frito Lay
truck into much warmer and shallower waters, approximately 50 ft. off the shelterhouse entry. This will let divers explore it without
getting into the dreaded thermocline, and also give instructors and techies a place to train and stage.
Jackson Township Fire
recently completed a swiftwater technician class at Deer Creek Lake. 12 new technicians are ready to swim in Grove City!
Blackwater
